Financial Policies for all Payments:

• All payments are in Canadian Dollars - CAD

• Applicable taxes will be applied to all payments

• Payments are due in advance of services to confirm your booking

• Installment plans are available for most services upon request

• There is a $25 admin fee for any bounced payments, due before continuing on with any services.

• 48 hour notice is required to cancel/reschedule coaching or organizing appointments. If less than 48 hours, a $50 fee applies.

• All payments are non-refundable & non-transferable. The only exceptions are multi-session organizing and coaching packages. If the first session didn’t feel like a match, and you contact us within 48 hours of that first session, the single session rate will apply, plus a $25 admin fee. The rest will be refunded.

• We’re happy to offer a tax receipt for any services rendered.
